By appointment only. Mondays: Closed Tuesdays: 1pm to 7pm Wednesdays: 1pm to 7pm Thursdays: Closed Fridays: 4pm to 7pm Saturdays: 9am to 5pm Sundays: Closed |
Payment Methods
We except cash, direct deposit or credit cards using Square.
Please note: Payment via direct deposit we will require a screen shot of the completed transaction to be either emailed or text messaged through.
Cancellations
For cancellations we kindly ask for you to let us know asap or at least 24hrs prior to your treatment time. If for whatever reason you need to cancel on the day we kindly ask to please still let us know via a phone call or a text message.
Gift Vouchers
We except cash, direct deposit or credit cards using Square.

Gift Vouchers
- Defaced, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
- Vouchers must be presented at time of payment. Prices for treatments are subject to change.
- Gift Vouchers are redeemable on services at Zen Beauty Spa only.
- Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of other special deals.
- Gift Vouchers must be redeemed before the 6 month expiry date and may not be redeemed after the expiry date.
- Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
- Unused balance on expiry of gift vouchers will not be refunded or credited.
- Treatments redeemed exceeding available balance require difference paid by another method.
- Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed by a female client.
- Zen Beauty Spa is a female only beauty spa, we do not question any names that you (the purchaser) has requested us to write on the Gift Vouchers. It is up to the purchaser to read all the information provided on this website before purchasing the Gift Vouchers from us.
